Overview

These terms govern your use of consultbrentwood.com and any services purchased from Brentwood Consulting. By using the site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

All monthly plans are billed month-to-month. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops the following month's charge. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

What you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and granting the access we need (Google Business Profile manager access, website login, etc.) so we can deliver the services.

Ownership

You own your accounts, your content, and any website we build for you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific rankings or business outcomes. Search engines and marketplaces control ranking algorithms, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
